摘要
开展中部槽高强耐磨钢的制备工艺研究,包括熔炼、浇铸、轧制和热处理等关键工艺参数的优化与确定,对新型耐磨钢的使用性技术进行研究,使高强度耐磨钢的力学性能和摩擦学性能要达标,同时也能具备良好的焊接性和加工性能,对高强度中部槽开展工业性评价,通过在实际工况下的工业对比试验,得到关键性技术指标,使用新型耐磨钢的中部槽的寿命得到大幅提高。
The study of the preparation technology of the middle trough high strength wear resistant steel, including the optimization and determination of key process parameters such as smelting, casting, rolling and heat treatment, and the study of the use technology of the new wear resistant steel. The mechanical and tribological properties of high -strength wear -resistant steels must be up to the standard,and they can also have good weldability and processing performance. The industrial evaluation of high -strength middlel troughs was carried out, and key technical indicators were obtained through industrial comparison tests under actual conditions. The service life of the middle trough of the new wear-resistant steel has been greatly improved.
