摘要
为了解决我国煤矿巷道支护工作效率低、作业环境差、劳动强度大的问题,实现煤矿机械化换人,自动化减人的目标,基于现代设计理论与方法,研制了一种用于锚杆钻车具有自动铺网功能的临时支护装置。介绍了它的结构组成及功能、技术参数和工作原理,总结了该装置的主要技术创新点。结果表明,该装置实现了自动化铺网,提高了巷道的支护效率,为煤矿巷道掘进系统自动化水平的提高奠定了技术基础。
In order to solve the problems of the low working efficiency, poor operation environment, and high labor intensity in roof supporting for underground coal mine roadways in china,and to realize mechanization to replace human and automatic reduction of human in the coal mine, one temporary support device with mesh handling system had been developed and manufactured based on modern design theory and methodology. The mechanical structure, the technical parameters, and working principle were introduced. The key technical innovations were also summarized. The results showed that mesh handling automation had been realized and the rock bolting efficiency had been raised, which whould lay technology foundation for the improved level of automation of mine seam gateway driving system.
