摘要 螺杆式空气压缩机是豫西煤炭储配中心超声雾化+惯性沉降系统的核心动力源,它利用压缩空气可有效产生粒径1~10μm的水雾颗粒,使粉尘迅速饱和湿润,满足了降尘环保要求。但在实际使用过程中,螺杆式空气压缩频繁出现跳闸停机的现象,且必须等待至少10 min后方可再次启动,这给设备的稳定运行和企业的连续生产带来了阻碍。通过对其散热效果的分析,以及科学合理的优化,找到了机组自动跳闸停机的原因,也改善了散热效果,保证了空压机正常运行,提高了生产效率。 Screw air compressor is the core power source of the ultrasonic atomization and inertial settlement system in Yuxi coal storage and blending center. It can effectively produce water mist particles with diameters of 1~10 microns by using compressed air,make the dust moist and saturated rapidly,meet the requirement of dust reduction and environmental protection. However, in the actual use process, the screw air compression frequently occurs the phenomenon of trip stop, and must wait for at least 10 minutes before starting again, which brings obstacles to the stable operation of equipment and the continuous production of enterprises. Through the analysis of its heat dissipation effect and scientific and reasonable optimization, the reasons for the automatic trip shutdown of the unit were found out,the heat dissipation effect was also improved, the normal operation of air compressor was guaranteed, and the production efficiency was promoted.
