摘要
基于TBM施工过程中采用可延伸连续带式输送机的出渣方式,提出了由液压张紧系统、液压绞车系统和以PLC为控制核心的电气控制系统组成的液压自动张紧系统,以满足带式输送机随TBM施工向前延伸的运行工况下对于其张紧系统的要求。经过分析,该液压张紧系统可以满足TBM工程中配套延伸带式输送机的运行工况。
Based on TBM construction process using extended continuous belt conveyor as way of slag out, put forward automatic hydraulic tensioning system by the hydraulic tensioning system, hydraulic winch system and PLC as control core of electric control system, in order to meet the requirement of the tension system for the belt conveyor that suit with the working status of TBM extended construction. Through analysis, the hydraulic tensioning system can meet the operating conditions of the supporting extended belt conveyor in TBM project.
