摘要
通过提高滤布过滤风速和采用褶皱形滤布,在相同除尘器体积内有更大过滤面积,实现干式除尘器长度减小23%;滤布采用扁框旁插结构,方便在井下高度有限的空间内进行滤布更换、维修;通过采用气动在线连续清灰技术,实现了在干式除尘器过滤作业的同时进行自动连续清灰作业,清灰效果好,无需人工操作;通过采用刮板输送机排灰装置,实现了在煤矿井下高度有限空间内的定点连续排灰,避免二次扬尘。样机在赵楼矿使用,除尘效果良好,人工作业量少。
Larger filtering area can be get by improve the filtration velocity and using fold pouch, and the length of dry dust collector is reduced by 23%. Flattened pouch is more convenient for overhaul and replace in a underground narrow space. By using on -line pulse -jet cleaning system, the dust collector became highly automated, and can even run the cleaning stage without shut down the dry dust collector, it also brought a batter dust-cleaning efficiency. This dust collector can collect and transport all dust to a certain spot by using scraper conveyer, no secondary pollution. The dust removal effect of prototype dry dust collector in Zhaolou coal mine is striking, and also easy to use.
