摘要
利用有限元分析,确定液压支架结构件主要受力部位,进而确定主要受力焊缝,绘制关键焊缝探伤图。在图上标注关键焊缝探伤方法、执行质量标准及等级、探伤焊缝长度、焊缝数量,可以有效地提高探伤效率。
Based on the finite element analysis, the main stress parts of hydraulic support structures were determined, and then the main load welds were determined. The detection efficiency can be effectively improved by marking the key weld detection methods, performing the quality standards and grades, the length and the number of weld.
