摘要
煤矿井下车辆主要用于辅助材料、人员的运输,是煤矿运输的重要组成部分。目前煤矿防爆车辆发动机启动主要以气启动方式为主,发动机运转时空压机不断往复地将高压气体输送到储气罐中,储气罐中的高压空气通过气路控制系统启动气马达启动防爆车辆,因此空压机是煤矿井下防爆车辆重要的部件之一。通过拆解空压机、了解内部结构和运行方式,提出解决空压机故障的方案,并根据方案进行了试验。
Coal mine vehicles are mainly used for the transportation of auxiliary materials and personnel, which is an important part of coal mine transportation. At present, the main way of engine start-up of explosion -proof vehicle in coal mine is gas start -up. When the engine is running, the compressor continuously conveys high-pressure gas to and from the gas storage tank. The high-pressure air in the gas storage tank starts the gas motor to start explosion -proof vehicle through the gas path control system, so the air compressor is an important component of explosion -proof vehicle in coal mine. Through dismantling the air compressor, understanding the internal structure and operation mode, put forward a solution to the air compressor fault, and tested according to the scheme.
