摘要
矿用车辆前轴是联接车身与车轮的重要部件,其性能直接影响整车工作的安全性和可靠性。为验证某矿用车辆前轴的可靠性,运用ANSYS Workbench软件建立前轴有限元分析模型,对前轴在垂直冲击、紧急转向、紧急制动工况下进行有限元静强度分析,并在此基础上对疲劳寿命进行了预估,最后在疲劳试验机上验证了前轴有限元分析的正确性,为疲劳寿命预测提供了有益参考。
Mine truck front axle is an important component connecting body and wheel. Its performance directly affects the safety and reliability of the whole vehicle. In order to verify the reliability of the front axle of a mine vehicle, the finite element analysis model of the front axle was established by using ANSYS Workbench software. The static strength of the front axle under vertical impact, emergency steering and emergency braking conditions was analyzed by finite element method. On this basis, the fatigue life of the front axle was predicted. Finally, it was tested on a fatigue testing machine. The correctness of finite element analysis of front axle was verified, which provides an effective reference for fatigue life prediction.
