上海市社区老年人健康教育课程设置及效果评价

Curriculum setting and evaluation of health education for the elderly people in Xuhui district community of Shanghai

目的对已完成的社区老年人健康课程设置作调查,评价社区老年人健康教育的效果。方法对社区老年人的健康教育培训课程进行设置,并以国外某社区老年人健康教育项目为基础,结合我国实际情况进行调整,形成《社区老年人健康教育项目调查问卷》,对抽样选取的670位社区老年人接收健康教育后进行问卷调查。结果老年人对社区健康教育培训课程的主题选择、授课内容、授课方式评价普遍较高,个人有很多的收获,也很愿意向他人推荐。结论社区老年人存在健康教育相关需求,社区老年人的健康教育项目应注重实用性、多元性和持续性,不断完善项目设计,以更好地满足社区老年人的健康教育需求。

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education for the elderly people in community, and to provide evidence for better carrying out health education projects for the elderly people in community. Method Through the investigation of health education training for the elderly people in the community.670 elderly people were surveyed by questionnaire based on the health education projects from a foreign community and the actual situation in China,the questionnaire of health education project for the elderly people in the community was formed. Result Elderly people generally have a high evaluation on the theme selection,teaching content and teaching methods of community health education training courses. Individuals have a lot of gains and are willing to recommend them to others. Conclusion The elderly people needed health education in the community.The health education projects for the elderly people in the community should focus on practicability,diversity and sustainability,and constantly improve the project design to better meet the health education needs of the elderly people in the community.
