摘要
开发新型电极材料对于超级电容器具有重要的意义,本文采用两步水热法制备了海参状LDH/BiVO_4复合材料,利用XRD及SEM技术研究了材料的结构与形貌。在三电极体系中利用循环伏安、恒流充放电和交流阻抗技术系统研究了制备材料的电容性质,结果表明在2 mol·L^(-1) KOH水溶液电解质中,LDH/BiVO_4的比电容高达359F·g^(-1),远远高于BiVO_4的质量比电容(224 F·g^(-1)),是一种极具潜力的超级电容器电极材料。
Developing new kind of electrode materials are of great importance to supercapacitors.In this work,sea cucumber-like LDH/BiVO 4 composite was prepared using two-step hydrothermal method.Structure and morphology was characterized by XRD and SEM.The capacitive property of the LDH/BiVO 4 composite was tested in three-electrode system using cyclic voltammetry,galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.The results show that DH/BiVO 4 composite could give a much higher specific capacitance(359 F·g ^-1 )than that of BiVO 4 electrode(224 F·g ^-1 ),and therefore is suitable and promising electrode material for supercapacitor.
