The New Development of Smart Campus Construction and Research in the 2.0 Era of Educational Informatization

"智慧教育创新发展行动"是教育部《教育信息化2.0行动计划》的重要内容之一。智慧校园的建设与应用是落实智慧教育创新发展行动的具体举措。该文通过文献综述与内容分析方法,结合对广州市71所中小学(中职)智慧校园试点校的实践案例分析,明确智慧校园建设要全面落实立德树人的根本任务,推进核心素养与关键能力培养,促进高考制度改革,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人为新取向,指出智慧校园建设要以教育信息化2.0为导向、强调融合创新、重视机制保障、突出区域特色。在此基础上提出智慧校园应用与研究的新发展,以期对未来智慧校园的建设与应用提供思想指导与实践参考。

Smart Education Innovation and Development Action is one of the important contents of the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan of the Ministry of Education. The construction and application of smart campus is a concrete measure to implement the innovation and development of smart education. Through the literature review and content analysis method, combining the practical case analysis of 71 primary and secondary schools (secondary vocational schools) in Guangzhou, this study clarifies that completing the task of moral education , promoting the cultivation of core literacy and key abilities, helping the reform of the college entrance examination system and cultivating the social builders and successors of the all-round development of moral, intellectual, and artistic development are the value orientation of construction of smart campus. Meanwhile, the construction of smart campus should be guided by education informationization 2.0, emphasize integration innovation, attaching importance to mechanism guarantee, and highlight regional feature. Based on this, the new development of smart campus application and research is proposed which can provide ideological guidance and practical reference for the construction and application of future smart campus.
