摘要
本研究选取了20种蚱类昆虫作为研究对象,通过地标法选取了18个变量对其前胸背板的形态特征进行几何形态测量学研究。研究结果显示:3个主成分在中隆线末端到一侧前胸背板侧片后角末端的长度,肩角到同侧前胸背板侧片后角末端的长度,中隆线前端到一侧侧叶上凹陷的长度,前胸背板侧片后角两侧的长度这4个变量上有较高的载荷,说明了这4个测量特征作为蚱类种间分类依据是可行的;但前胸背板的长度不应作为分类特征。
The morphological characteristics of the pronotum of Tetrigoidea are analyzed on the basis of geometric morphological measurement,with20 species and18 different variables selected in this study.Results show that three principal components have a higher load at the length between the tip of median carina of pronotum and the end of posterior angle of one side of lateral lobe,between humeral angle and the end of posterior angle of one side of lateral lobe,between front end of median carina of pronotum and the upper concave of one side of lateral lobe,and between the the end of both sides of the posterior angle of lateral lobes.These four measuring characteristics are feasible as the basis of interspecific taxonomy on tetrigids,but the length of the pronotum should not be used as a classification feature.
