中小学优秀校长素养构建及其培养 被引量:12

摘要 自"教育家办学"理念提出以来,如何培养更多的优秀校长成为实践领域的热点,校长培训作为优秀校长培养的重要方式备受关注。但是由于目前缺乏对优秀校长素质和成长规律的系统研究,校长培训仍然停留在经验层面上,缺乏系统性,针对性不强,低水平重复现象比较突出,培训资源使用效率不高。以优秀校长在实践中所表现出来的差异化领导行为为基础所构建的核心素养"LACIR"模型,包含了赤诚教育之爱、理性思维能力、创新实践能力、宽阔国际视野和自觉责任担当五个方面。要实现这一模型,在校长培养过程中要做到:创新培养理念,促进培训供给与需求的有效对接;提高培训课程设计的系统性,促进"信念、能力和实践"三维目标的融合;拓展培养路径,实现多种学习资源的整合利用;构建立体化协同培养机制,为优秀校长成长营造支持性环境。
