摘要
高温环境下服役设备常伴随着明显的蠕变现象,如何防止蠕变失效是保证高温装备结构完整性的重要课题。分别介绍了ASME-NH,RCC-MRx和R5中基于应力的高温蠕变失效设计方法,并从设计流程、限制参考应力和设计曲线三个方面进行了对比分析。同时通过以上设计准则,以某高温罐式设备上的接管结构为对象,进行基于应力的蠕变设计分析,对比了各设计准则所得到的蠕变评价结果。
Equipments operating in elevated temperature environment are often accompanied with obvious creep phenomenon,therefore,how to prevent creep failure is an important subject for ensuring structural integrity of these equipments.The stress-based high-temperature creep design methods in ASME-NH,RCC-MRx and R5 are reviewed and compared with each other from such three aspects as design process,stress limits and design curve.Then,with a nozzle structure on a high temperature tank equipment as an object,creep design and analysis are performed by the above stress-based creep design methods,and the creep design results obtained according to above design criteria are compared with each other.
