摘要
针对高温高压容器双锥密封的失效问题,运用变形协调原理和内力平衡方程,将预紧与操作两个工况之间的热膨胀差引入双锥密封机理,提出了"热当量间隙ΔU"的概念,并关注其对操作密封比压q、拐点压力p_c、最小操作密封比压q_c的影响。同时,考虑热当量间隙后,推导了在操作工况下的螺栓载荷W_o计算通用公式,并以此分析和解决了实际高温高压容器双锥密封的泄漏问题。
For the failure problem of double-cone seal of high-temperature and high-pressure vessel,in this paper the thermal expansion difference between pre-tightening and operating conditions is introduced into the mechanism of double-cone seal using the deformation compatibility principle and internal force balance equation,the concept of“thermal equivalent clearance ΔU ” is put forward and attention is given to its influence on operating sealing pressure q ,inflexion point pressure p c and minimum operating sealing pressure q c .At the same time,considering the thermal equivalent clearance,the general formula for calculating the bolt load under operating conditions is deduced,and the leakage problem of the double-cone seal of high-temperature and high-pressure vessel is analyzed and solved.
