摘要
文章基于绿色基础设施的生态评价,协同城市空间增长需求与生态资源约束,通过绿色基础设施评价分析确定淮南市基于绿色基础设施等级评定的空间扩张可能范围和刚性增长边界;建立GIA-SLEUTH城市增长边界划定模型,对空间发展范围进行模拟得出2020年淮南市城市弹性增长边界。基于城市增长边界和资源约束协同分析的合理性和有效性,GIA-SLEUTH模型可以为同类城市空间和土地增长提供指导和借鉴,为经济发展提供城市空间管理领域的决策参考。
Based on the ecological evaluation of green infrastructure,in collaboration with the demand of urban spatial growth and the constraints of ecological resources,this paper determines the possible scope and rigid growth boundary of Huainan’s spatial expansion based on the grading of green infrastructure through the evaluation and analysis of green infrastructure;estab. lishes the GIA-SLEUTH urban growth boundary delimitation model,and simulates the spatial development scope to get the city elastic growth boundary of Huainan in 2020. Based on the rationality and validity of synergistic analysis of urban growth boundary and resource constraints,GIA-SLEUTH model can provide guidance and reference for similar urban space and land growth,and solve the related problems in the field of urban space management.
