文化产业的社会效益,必须落实到文化生产者的创造行为之中。文化生产者的品质,很大程度上决定着文化产品的品质。创作者的精神状态直接决定着艺术成败,第一要"情深",第二要"气盛",第三要"和顺积中",最后归结为"无伪"。文化生产者作为社会的文化精英,对其所处时代的社会品质、社会风气影响具有引领性、塑造性的作用,文化生产者的"文化情怀"大体包括了价值观、思想境界、人生观等方面。理想意义上的文化情怀,至少包括人道的关怀、超越的精神、对文化的敬意、平衡两种效益的艺术。文化生产者一方面需要加强个人修养与自我完善,另一方面也必须有社会规范、职业伦理的严格约束,对于一些有违法乱纪行为的文化生产者,还必须面对法律法规的制裁。
