包容文化浅说

A Brief Analysis on Inclusive Culture

包容是人类思想意识的结晶,包容文化是人类文明得以进步的文化基础。包容文化大体包含三个方面:第一,包容文化展现宽容和谐的文化观。它既为文化发展提供和谐开放的文化理念,又为文化创新创造宽容宽松的文化环境。第二,包容文化体现乐观自信的文化态度。它不仅以开放的心态推动中华传统文化走出去,而且以包容的姿态借鉴他国优秀文化成果,这都无不彰显了中华文化的自信。第三,包容文化彰显共生共荣的发展理念。它在承认差异接受差异的基础上形成多元文化格局,在增进对话加强交流的前提下构建人类命运共同体。

Inclusiveness is the crystallization of human ideology. Inclusive culture is the cultural foundation for the progress of human civilization. Inclusive culture generally includes three aspects:Firstly,the inclusive culture shows the cultural view of tolerance and harmony. It not only provides a harmonious and open cultural concept for cultural development,but also creates a tolerant and loose cultural environment for cultural innovation. Secondly,the inclusive culture reflects optimistic and confident cultural attitude. It not only promotes the Chinese traditional culture to go global with an open mind,but also learns from other countries’ excellent cultural achievements with an inclusive attitude. All these demonstrate the confidence of the Chinese culture. Thirdly,the inclusive culture embodies the development concept of coexistence and common prosperity. On the basis of acknowledging and accepting differences,it forms a multi-cultural pattern and builds a community of shared future for mankind on the premise of enhancing dialogue and communication.
