Delegation of U.S. Congressional Aides Visited Chongqing

4月18日至20日,应中国人民外交学会邀请,美亚基金会2019年第1批美国国会议员助手代表团一行15人来渝访问。18日,市人大常委会副主任杜黎明会见了代表团一行。杜黎明表示,今年是中美建交40周年,中美互为重要伙伴。近年来,重庆与美国各领域交往不断深化与拓展,人员互访频繁,友好交流密切。希望双方在良好的交往基础上进一步推动在经贸、人文、教育、医疗等各方面的合作。

At the invitation of the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs, the first delegation of the Asian Foundation, which comprises 15 U.S. Congressional aides visited Chongqing from April 18th to 20th. On 18th, Du Liming, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal People's Congress, met with the delegation.
