摘要
试验通过测定并比较棉籽壳、棉叶、番茄皮的营养及利用价值,进而为更好的选取粗饲料提供理论依据。通过六大概略养分分析法和体外产气及发酵试验来评定饲料的营养价值及利用效果。结果表明:棉叶的蛋白质含量最高(14.02%),NDF、ADF含量最低,营养价值最高。棉叶的48 h体外产气量(55.39%)显著高于番茄皮(48.07%)、棉籽壳(42.04%),番茄皮的48 h体外干物质降解率(48.62%)显著高于棉叶(42.69%)、棉籽壳(14.62%)。综合评定可知,棉叶和番茄皮的营养及利用价值高于棉籽壳。
In this experiment, the nutrition and utilization value of cottonseed shell, cotton leaf and to mato peel were measured and compared, and the theoretical basis for better selection of coarse materi als was provided. The nutritional value and utilization of feed were evaluated by six general nutrient analysis methods and in vitro gas production and fermentation tests. The results showed that the pro tein content of cotton leaves was the highest (14.02%), the content of NDF, ADF was the lowest, and the nutritional value was the highest. The in vitro gas production of cotton leaves in 48 h(55.39%) was significantly higher than that of tomato peel (48.07%), cotton seed hull (42.04%), and the in vitro dry matter degradation rate in 48 h(48.62%) of tomato peel was significantly higher than that of cotton leaf (42.69%), cottonseed shell (14.62%). The value of nutrition and utilization of cotton leaf and tomato peel were higher than that of cottonseed shell.
