在敦煌壁画的灿烂发展中,植物图案作为极其重要的艺术表现形式一直贯穿其中,但长久以来却被当作附属存在而忽略。作者通过深入考察和研究,从敦煌壁画的山水背景、人物标示、装饰纹样三个方面详细阐述了植物图案的广泛运用和发展规律,还原了植物图案应有的艺术地位,且呈现出清晰的演变脉络。
in the brilliant development of dunhuang frescoes, plant patterns as an extremely important form of artistic expression have been throughout, but for a long time It has been ignored as an attached existence. Through in-depth investigation and study, the author elaborates on the extensive application and development rules of plant patterns from three aspects of dunhuang frescoes, including landscape background, character signs and decorative patterns, restores the due artistic status of plant patterns, and presents a clear evolution sequence.
