摘要
通过对职业院校技能大赛“工业机器人技术应用”赛项的研究学习,在ABB机器人工作站的基础上,主要研究产品排序实现的几种方法。产品排序实现方法主要有芯片产品简单排序实现法、芯片产品交替排序实现法、芯片产品混合排序实现法这3类芯片产品排序实现方法。通过研究分拣环节的芯片产品排序实现方法,为提高产品排序实现效率、培养高素质技能人才提供有力的技术及理论支撑。
Based on ABB robot workstation, this paper studied the vocational skills completion what application of industrial robot technology. It mainly studies several methods of chip product sequencing implementation methods, mainly include three types of chip product sequencing implementation methods: chip product simple sequencing implementation, chip product alternate sequencing implementation, sequencing product mixed sequencing implementation and so on.Through the study of schip product sequencing implementation methods,it provides strong technical and theoretical support for improving the efficiency of chip product sequencing implementation and cultivating high quality talents.
