摘要
在当今信息化时代背景下,信息技术在教育领域的广泛使用,对现代教师的教育素养也提出了新的诉求,它要求教师必须具备教育信息素养,以应对现代教育的需求与发展。教师的信息素养主要包括信息时代的教育理念、信息意识与信息道德、信息资源与手段的有效利用等。教师专业发展诉求下的教师信息素养的构建策略主要有:树立教学信息技术理念;树立终身教育观;适应新的教学模式;创设良好的信息技术教育环境。
In the context of the current information age, information technology is widely used in the field of education, which also puts forward a new demand for modern teachers’ educational literacy and requires teachers to have educational information literacy in order to meet the needs and development of modern education. Teachers’ information literacy mainly includes educational concept, information consciousness and information morality, effective utilization of information resources and means in the information age. The construction strategies of teachers’ information literacy under the demands of teachers’ professional development are as follows: to establish the concept of teaching information technology and of lifelong education, to adapt to the new teaching mode and to create a good environment for information technology education.
