志书中“表体”常见问题浅析(下)

Analysis on the Common Problems of Tables in Chronicles( Part Two)

"表体"是志书重要体裁之一,已出版的二轮志书中,"表体"使用不规范现象屡见不鲜,本文从表题、表头、表身、表注四个方面举例粗浅分析表体常见问题,如未在"凡例"中交代表序,表名拟定缺少要素,计量单位的误用,未设置纵标目(宾词),多设置纵标目(宾词),主客颠倒,表格内数字处理不当,标点符号使用不当,年月日的表示方法不规范,未合理安排单栏、双栏或三栏,人物表排序不当,该使用表注却未使用,全书表注使用不一致等等,并在举例表格后提出修改意见,以期待后出版的志书能从中吸取经验,编修出精品志书。

Tables serve as an important form in chronicles.In the second round of chronicles in print,the irregular utilizations of tables appear to be rather common.This paper roughly analyzes the common problems of tables from 4 perspectives-the title,the header,the body and the note,such as the absence of tables list in the general notice,the lack of essentials in table names,misused units of measurement,the deficiency of vertical subheadings(object),superfluous vertical subheadings(object),reversed subjects and objects,improperly handled figures,misused punctuation marks,nonstandard date expressions,the unreasonable arrangement of single-column,double-column or three-column,disordered character tables,the missing of notes under due occasions and the inconformity of notes in the entire book,etc.Meanwhile,modification suggestions are provided in hope of helping with the compilation of future chronicles.
