新常态下的方志文化传承与创新

The Heritance and Innovation of Chorography under the New Normal

"新常态"已成为当前我国经济社会文化发展都必须主动适应的新环境。在新常态下,"方志工作"正向"方志事业"转变、"方志知识"正向"方志文化"转变。笔者认为,这是方志人千载难逢的机遇,也是必须抓住和抓好的机遇。面对新常态新环境,方志事业如何适应、如何作为,方志文化如何传承、如何创新,已成为方志机构和方志人不可回避的重大课题。新常态意味着新挑战、新机遇、新发展,作为社会主义文化和意识形态的重要组成部分的方志文化,必须自觉研究新常态、适应新常态、服务新常态,在新常态中做出新贡献。本文着重研究和分析,在新常态下方志文化呈现出哪些新特点、如何定位、如何谋划、如何培养使用和留住人才等问题,力图突破现有的传统思维藩篱和禁锢,力图突破惯常的工作方式方法,力图突破方志工作的传统范畴,以期对当前方志工作的新发展、新作为、新跨越有所裨益,以期对推动方志文化、方志事业向纵深发展有所启发和思考。

The"new normal"has become a novel environment that the economic,social and cultural development of China has to accommodate actively.Under the new normal,the chorography work has been shifting towards a career while the related knowledge transforming into a culture.The author believes that this is a golden opportunity for chorography practitioners that must be seized firmly.Confronted with the new circumstances,the adaptation and operations of the chorography career along with the inheritance and innovation of the chorography culture have turned into an inevitable major subject for the correlative institutions and practitioners.The new normal indicates new challenges,new chances and new progresses.As a significant part of socialist culture and ideology,chorography culture must consciously study,accommodate and serve the new normal while making further contributions.This paper centers on the research and analysis of the new features,orientations,planning as well as the cultivation,utilization and retaining of talent in the culture to break through theexisting traditional thinking fence,the habitual working approaches and the conventional working scope in the hope of benefiting the new improvements,new performances and new leaps of the present chorography work and arousing inspirations and thoughts to the future development of the culture and the career.
