注入头的摩擦系数是连续油管装备设计过程中的一个重要参数,关系到夹紧油缸的选型,以及夹紧力的大小问题。而如果夹持力施加不当,会直接损坏连续油管。如果夹持力过小,夹持块夹紧连续油管时,会导致连续油管打滑,夹持块夹不住连续油管,直接导致将连续油管表面刮伤,由于连续油管属于易损件,价格昂贵,无法修复,一旦受损,只能降级使用或报废。如果夹持力过大,虽然可以夹持住连续油管,但是夹持力过大,会直接影响连续油管的使用寿命。
