摘要
脊髓损伤(SCI)是骨科和神经科学领域一系列内外部因素造成的严重的致残性疾病,是世界各国医生仍然面临的重大问题^([1])。中枢神经系统不像周围神经系统那样可以再生,而缺乏再生会导致终生的损伤和瘫痪,所以SCI具有高致残率、死亡率,给患者及其家属造成沉重负担^([2-3])。从中医和西医两个方面论述了近10年以来,临床治疗脊髓损伤的常用方法及研究进展,总结了通过手术、药物、细胞分子生物学、生物材料、高压氧及中医中药等方法治疗的疗效及优势,为临床治疗本病提供新的治疗思路及依据。
Spinal cord injury(SCI) is a serious disabling disease caused by a series of internal and external factors in orthopedics and neuroscience.The central nervous system is not as regenerative as the peripheral nervous system, and lack of regeneration which can lead to life-long damage and paralysis, so SCI has a high disability rate, mortality, and a heavy burden on patients and their families.In this paper, the common methods and research progress in the treatment of spinal cord injury in the past 10 years are reviewed from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The therapeutic effects and advantages of surgery, drugs, cellular and molecular biology, biomaterials, hyperbaric oxygen and traditional Chinese medicine were summarized, which provided a new way and basis for clinical treatment of this disease.
