从督脉论治骨质疏松症的理论依据和临床研究进展

Theoretical Basis and Clinical Research Progress on Treatment of Osteoporosis from Governor Meridian

督脉、肾、现代骨质疏松症关系密切,提示可以从督脉探寻骨质疏松症的发病机制并制定治疗方案,有研究表明从督脉论治骨质疏松症的治疗可以有效缓解患者的临床症状,为了给临床上骨质疏松症治疗方案提供新选择,从督脉论治骨质疏松症的理论依据和近几年有关补(益)肾强督、温督灸等治疗骨质疏松症的临床研究进行综述。

Governor meridian, kidney and modern osteoporosis are closely related, suggesting that the pathogenesis of osteoporosis can be explored from the Governor meridian, and the treatment regimen can be developed and there are studies showing that treatment of osteoporosis from Governor meridian is effective in relieving patients’ clinical symptoms. In order to provide new options for clinical osteoporosis treatment, the theoretical basis of the treatment of osteoporosis from Governor meridian and the clinical research on osteoporosis treated by tonifying kidney and strengthening Governor meridian-kidney and moxibustion in recent years are reviewed in this paper.
