健脾清胃汤联合氧化电位水含漱治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效及安全性评估

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Assessment of Jianpi Qingwei Decoction Combined with Oxidizing Potential Water Gargle in Treatment of Recurrent Oral Ulcer

目的:探究健脾清胃汤联合氧化电位水含漱治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效及安全性,为临床治疗复发性口腔溃疡提供指导依据。方法:选取104例复发性口腔溃疡患者作为实验研究对象,所有患者均自愿参与本次研究,根据患者入院时间将其采取随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组,对照组所有患者(52例)均采取西医临床常规治疗,并给予患者氧化电位水含漱治疗,观察组患者(52例)在对照组治疗基础上联合健脾清胃汤治疗,对比两组患者疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分及口腔微生物情况、患者治疗时间及治疗费用,记录两组患者不良反应情况,随访1年观察两组患者口腔溃疡复发率。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率(98.08%)显著高于对照组(86.54%),P<0.05;治疗前两组患者中医症状积分及口腔微生物数量相当(P>0.05),治疗后各组患者中医症状积分及口腔微生物数量均一定程度改善,观察组患者中医症状积分及口腔微生物数量均优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者治疗时间少于对照组,治疗费用低于对照组,P<0.01;治疗过程中观察组患者未见不良反应出现(0.00%),而对照组仅出现1例不良反应(1.92%),表现为轻微头晕,两组不良反应率均较低,P>0.05;观察组患者1年时间口腔溃疡复发率(0.00%)明显低于对照组(7.69%),P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:健脾清胃汤联合氧化电位水含漱治疗复发性口腔溃疡临床疗效显著,患者症状改善,恢复快,复发率低,未见不良反应,安全性高,值得临床广泛应用与推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianpi Qingwei Decoction combined with oxidizing potential water garglein the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer, providing guidance for clinical treatment of recurrent oral ulcer.Methods:104 cases of recurrent oral ulcer as the research objects. According to the time of patients admitting to hospital,they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group’s patients(52 cases) all took western medicine clinical routine treatmentand were given oxidation potential watergargle. The observation group’s patients(52 cases) on the basis addedJianpi Qingwei Decoction. We compared two groups’ curative effect, symptom score and oral microbiology, treatment time and treatment cost. The adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded and the recurrence rate of oral ulcer was observed in two groups for 1 year.Results:The effective rate(98.08%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(86.54%)(P<0.05). Two groups’ traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and oral microorganism quantity was quite before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and oral microorganism quantity were improved to a certain extent. The observation group’s Chinese medicine symptom integral and oral microbial numbers were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). The treatment time was lower in the observation group than that in the control group, and the treatment cost was lower than that of the control group(P<0.01). The observation group had no adverse reactions(0.00%), while in the control group there was only 1 case wtih adverse reactions(1.92%), characterized by mild dizziness. The adverse reaction rateswere low in both groups(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of oral ulcer(0.00%) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(7.69%)(P<0.05) and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Jianpi Qingwei Decoction combined with oxidation potential water gargleon treating recurrent oral ulcer has distinctclinical curative effect, and can improve symptoms, with quick recovery, low recurrence rate, no adverse reaction and high safety, worthy of clinical extensive application and promotion.
