活血利水方辅助治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血栓弹力图指标、血管内皮因子水平的影响

Effect of Self-made Huoxue Lishui Formula on Thromboelastogram and Vascular Endothelial Factor in Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析活血利水方辅助治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对血栓弹力图指标、血管内皮因子水平的影响。方法:急性脑梗死患者96例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的西医治疗,观察组患者加用活血利水方辅助治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:治疗前,两组患者中医症候积分、血栓弹力图指标、NIHSS评分、BI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者中医症候积分、血栓弹力图指标、NIHSS评分、BI评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者AngⅡ、NO、ET-1、GMP-140水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者NO水平高于对照组,AngⅡ、ET-1、GMP-140水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血利水方辅助治疗急性脑梗死可改善患者神经功能和血栓弹力图指标,降低患者ET-1、GMP-140水平,提高患者生活能力。

Objective:To analyze the effect and effect of self-made Huoxue Lishui Recipe on thromboelastogram and vascular endothelial factor in acute cerebral infarction. Methods:Ninety-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine, and the patients in the observation group were treated with self-made Huoxue Lishui Recipe. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results:Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM symptom score, thromboelastogram index and NIHSS score or BI score(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms and thromboelastograms in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the level of GMP-140 between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the level of NO in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The levels of AngⅡ,ET-1 and GMP-140 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:It can improve the patients’ neurological function and thromboelastogram indexes, reduce the levels of ET-1 and GMP-140 in the patients and improve the living ability of the patients.
