酶法辅助提取鱼腥草挥发性成分的研究及GC-MS分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究鱼腥草干品和鲜品中挥发性成分以及加纤维素酶辅助提取后对其挥发性成分的影响。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鱼腥草中挥发性成分,以文献报道的最佳提取条件进行提取,GC-MS测定挥发性成分。结果:鱼腥草干品中共测出24种挥发性成分,主要成分为甲基正壬酮;鲜品中共测出30种挥发性成分,主要成分为甲基正壬酮和β-月桂烯。加纤维素酶后,干品和鲜品中挥发性成分相对百分含量都有增加。结论:鱼腥草干品和鲜品以及加纤维素酶辅助提取后主要挥发性成分基本相同,只是相对含量上存在一定的差异。 Objective: To study the volatile components of dried Houttuynia cordata dried and fresh Houttuynia cordata and the effects on volatile components by enzymatic assisted extraction. Methods: The volatile components in Houttuynia cordata were extracted by steam distillation using the optimal extraction conditions reported in the literature and then analyzing by Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). Results: There were 24 kinds of volatile components in dried Houttuynia cordata detected. The main component was Methyl nononone. There were 30 kinds of volatile components in fresh Houttuynia cordata detected. The main components were Methyl nononone and β-Myrcene. After adding cellulase, the relative percentage of volatile components ih dried Houttuynia cordata and fresh Houttuynia cordata increased. Conclusions: The main volatile components of dried Houttuynia cordata and fresh Houttuynia cordata were basically the same as volatile components of Houttuynia cordata by enzymatic assisted extraction, but the percentage content was different.
