绿原酸对变形链球菌抑制作用的体外实验研究

The in vitro Inhibition Study of Chlorogenic Acid on Streptococcus Mutans on the Effect

目的:探讨绿原酸对变形链球菌的抑制作用。方法:将绿原酸配置成不同浓度的溶液,采用滤纸片法测定不同浓度绿原酸溶液对变形链球菌的抑菌效果。结果:绿原酸溶液浓度在0.625 mg·mL^-1 和1.0 mg·mL^-1 时与阴性对照组比较差异有统计学意义,与阳性对照组比较差异无统计学意义。绿原酸溶液浓度与抑菌效果并无剂量-效应关系。结论:绿原酸能够对变形链球菌产生抑制作用。

Objective: To discuss how chlorogenic acid inhibits bacteria in streptococcus mutans. Methods: To make chlorogenic acid solution with different concentrations and find how they inhibit bacteria in streptococcus mutans using the filtering paper method. Results: When the concentration of chlorogenic acid solution was 0.625 mg·mL^-1and 1.0 mg·mL^-1, there were statistical significance among different concentrations of chlorogenic acid when compared with the negative control group, but there were no significant difference when compared these groups with the positive control. Dose-effect relationship was not found among different concentrations of chlorogenic acid with their bacteriostatic effect. Conclusions: Chlorogenic acid can inhibit streptococcus mutans.
