亚甲蓝在不同象限乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的相关研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨使用亚甲蓝行前哨淋巴结活检在不同象限乳腺癌中的差异及意义。方法:收集2017年1月~2018年12月138例女性患者,用亚甲蓝行前哨淋巴结活检(sentinel lymph node biopsy,SLNB),前哨淋巴结送冰冻,进一步行腋窝淋巴结清扫术(axillary lymph node dissection,ALND),标本送常规病理,依据病理结果,比较不同象限,SLN的准确率、灵敏度、假阴性率、特异性。结果:138例中,左乳78例,右乳60例,SLN检出率为98.56%,共有50例患者SLN阳性,结果发现,不同象限乳腺癌行前哨淋巴结活检,其准确率、灵敏度、假阴性率的P值均大于0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:不同象限前哨淋巴结均可以较准确的预测腋窝淋巴结状态。 Objective: To study the difference and significance of sentinel lymph node biopsy by using methylene blue in different quadrants of breast cancer.Methods: 138 female patients were collected from January 2017 to December 2018. Methylene blue was used to conduct sentinel lymph node biopsy. Sentinel lymph nodes were performed frozen pathology, and then take anxillary lymph node dissection(ALND)and pathology examination. Accuracy rate, sensitivity rate, false negative rate, specificity and false positive rate of SLN were compared respectively according to pathology results.Results: 50 of 138 patients(78 cases were left breast cancer and 60 patients are right breast cancer)were lymph node positive. The results showed that P values of accuracy, sensitivity and false negative rate were greater than 0.05 respectively. There was no statistical significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions: Sentinel lymph nodes in different quadrants can predict the status of axillary lymph node accurately.
