Atypical primary syphilis:two cases report and literature review

报道二例非典型一期梅毒并对相关文献进行复习。病例1,男,34岁。阴茎红斑、水疱10天;病例2,男,55岁。阴茎溃疡2天。两者行甲苯胺红不需加热血清实验(TRUST)、血清梅毒螺旋体颗粒凝集试验(TPPA)检测,病例1均为阳性,病例2均为阴性,两者阴茎皮损处分泌物梅毒螺旋体核酸扩增(TP-PCR)检测均阳性,诊断为一期梅毒。

Two patients with primary syphilis were reported and relevant literatures are reviewed. Case 1 was a 34-year-old male who presented with patch and vesicle lesions on his penis for 10 days. Case 2 was a 55-year-old male who presented with ulcer lesions on his penis for 2 days. The toluidine red unheated serum test (TRUST) and treponema pallidum particle agglutination test (TPPA) test of case 1 were positive but both were negative for case 2. Polymerase chain reactions of Treponema pallidum (TP-PCR) in penile lesion secretions were positive for both patients. The diagnosis of primary syphilis was made.
