摘要 第五届全国评酒会评选产生了17大名白酒,至今已有30年。这次评酒会是对我国改革开放10年来白酒行业发展成果的一次大检阅,开启了后来中国白酒市场化发展的伟大征程。推动了中国白酒向名优化方向发展,白酒产品质量稳步提高。推动了白酒行业的技术创新和低度酒的发展;推动了感官品评技术的发展和进步;推动了白酒行业评酒队伍的建设;推动了白酒香型的发展。行业经济效益整体提升,为经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献。 30 years ago, at the 5th National Baijiu Evaluation Conference, 17 Baijiu products were chosen as excellent Baijiu products. The conference was an inspection of the achievements of Baijiu industry after the“reform and opening up”, and initiated the marketization of Baijiu industry. The conference has motivated Baijiu distilleries to focus on improving product quality, promoting technical innovation and developing low- alcohol Baijiu. The conference has also promoted the development of sensory evaluation technology and the construction of professional sensory evaluation teams. Since then, Baijiu industry has created significant economic benefits, and has made great contribution to the economic and social development of China.(Trans. by HUANG Xiaoli)
