摘要
依据国家标准GB 5009.266—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中甲醇的测定》中气相色谱法测定食品中甲醇含量的测定原理,检测食用酒精中甲醇的含量,用建立数学模型的方法对结果的不确定度进行评估和计算。对标准溶液的配制、测量重复性、仪器稳定性各分量不确定度进行分析,得到了各分量不确定度和合成不确定度,最终得出更加客观的结果。
According to the principles in national standard GB 5009.266-2016, we measured the methanol content in edible alcohol and further established mathematical models to assess and calculate the uncertainties in the determination process. Besides, the uncertainties in standard solution preparation, repeated measurement and instrument stability were analyzed to obtain the uncertainties of each component and the synthetic uncertainties. As a result, reliable and accurate measurement results could be achieved.
