提高熔铸耐火材料制品冒口补缩效率途径的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 通过分析熔铸耐火材料制品冒口的补缩原理和冒口的设计,认为浇铸冒口是浇铸工艺的重要组成部分,为提高熔铸耐火材料制品冒口补缩效率提出:合理加高冒口,提高冒口内熔液的补缩压力;采用加热冒口,延长冒口的凝固时间;实行二次补浇铸,增加冒口热能;控制制品铸件保温工艺,增长冒口补缩距离。 By analyzing the feeding principle and riser design of the riser of the melt-casting refractory products, it is concluded that the casting riser is an important part of the casting process. In order to improve the feeding efficiency of the riser of the melt-casting refractory products, it is proposed that the feeding pressure of the melt in the riser should be increased reasonably, the heating riser should be adopted to prolong the solidification time of the riser, and the secondary feeding casting should be carried out to increase the feeding efficiency of the riser. Adding riser heat energy, controlling the heat preservation process of castings, increasing the feeding distance of risers.
