摘要
离子强化是增强玻璃机械力学性能的重要手段之一,对于超薄浮法玻璃而言,其经过离子强化后会出现翘曲的问题,限制了超薄浮法玻璃的应用和发展,通过分析超薄浮法玻璃离子强化后的翘曲问题的影响因素,总结了超薄浮法玻璃离子强化后的翘曲问题的研究现状。
Ion strengthening is one of the important means to enhance the mechanical properties of glass, However, there is a problem of warpage after ion strengthening for ultra-thin float glass, and this Seriously limited the application and development of ultra-thin float glass,the influencing factors were analyzed and the research status was summarized of the warpage problem of ultra-thin float glass after ion strengthening in this paper.
