现代化工业企业的发展离不开安全、稳定的电力系统支持,发电机、电力变压器、电缆等主要电气设备构成的供电系统,为用电设备正常运行提供可靠的电力保障。工厂电力系统还包括变配电系统,由降压变压器将等级较高的进线电压转变为可直接供用电设备使用的低压电源,因此,受电、变电、配电、用电等各环节共同构成完整的工厂供用电系统。工业电力系统持续、稳定、有效地运行,一方面能够提高工业生产效率,延长设备使用寿命,为工业企业节约大量的人力、物力、财力,另一方面降低电气事故发生对电网安全的威胁,减少人员和经济的损失。从宏观来说,做好工业供用电管理也对国家经济建设具有十分深远的战略意义。

The modern industrial enterprises can not develop without the support of safe and stable power system which is composed of main electric equipments, such as generator, power transformer, cable and so on, and provides reliable power guarantee for the operation of electric equipments. The power system in factory also includes power distribution sub-system or step-down transformer which can transform the higher input voltage into lower voltage so as to feed the electric equipment directly. The reception, transformation,distribution and utilization of power supply constitute a complete power supply system for factory production.The continuous, stable and effective operation of industrial power system can, on the one hand, improve the industrial production efficiency, extend the service life of equipment, safe a great deal of manpower, material,financial resources, on the other hand, reduce the threat of electric accident to the safety of power grid, avoid loss of personnel and economy. From the macro-point of view, it is of far-reaching strategic significance to manage industrial power supply properly for national economic construction.
