生物硒锗培养物对蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验旨在探究生物硒锗培养物对产蛋高峰期的海兰褐壳蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。试验选用240只健康无病、日龄、体况较一致、处于产蛋高峰期的海兰褐壳蛋鸡,随机分成对照组和试验组。其中试验组日粮中添加0.2%生物硒锗培养物,试验期共49 d,预饲期为7 d,正式试验42 d。试验结果表明:与对照组相比,料蛋比下降了3.52%(P<0.05),产蛋率均高于对照组,但无显著差异(P>0.05)。蛋壳平均厚度提高了6.06%(P<0.05),蛋壳平均强度提高了3.72%,蛋壳黄度提高了8.48%(P<0.05)。蛋黄亮度值、哈夫单位分别提高了4.26%(P<0.05)和4.49%(P<0.05)。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of bioselenium germanium culture on the production performance and egg quality of brown shell laying hens of sea orchid at the peak of egg production. 240 healthy, consistent diurnal age and body condition brown shell laying hens at peak egg-laying season were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Among them, 0.2% biological selenium germanium culture was added into the diet of the experimental group for a total of 49 days, 7 days of prefeeding and 42 days of formal test. The results showed that the ratio of feed to egg decreased by 3.52% compared with the control group(P<0.05), the egg production rate was higher than the control group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The average thickness of eggshell increased by 6.06%(P<0.05), the average strength of eggshell increased by 3.72%, and the yellowness of eggshell increased by 8.48%(P<0.05). The yolk brightness value and Huff unit increased by 4.26%(P<0.05) and 4.49%(P<0.05).
