昭通市昭阳区社会体育参与现状的社会体育管理学分析

Social Sports Management Analysis of the Present Situation of Social Sports Participation in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City

调查分析表明,昭通市昭阳区社会体育管理中既存在稳定发展社会体育参与人群,因地制宜地发展好有扎实群众基础的、符合地方自然地理环境和经济发展水平的、场地设施建设成本低的体育项目,以及社会体育活动站点的建设和管理方面的工作亮点,也存在对职工群体之外的其他职业群体的体育管理疏远,公共体育场所开放程度小,对社会体育指导员的管理不到位,对全民健身知识信息的宣传力度不够等不足,还面临着社会体育参与人群老年化、妇女化以及社会体育活动场地设施缺乏等现实挑战。

Investigation and analysis show that there are not only stable development of social sports participants in social sports management in Zhaoyang District of Zhaotong City, but also bright spots in the construction and management of social sports sites, which have a solid mass base, conform to local natural geographical environment and economic development level, and have low cost of site and facilities construction. The sports management of other professional groups besides workers is far away, public sports venues are less open, the management of social sports instructors is not in place, and the propaganda of national fitness knowledge and information is not enough. They are also facing the realistic challenges of the aging of social sports participants, the feminization and the lack of social sports venues and facilities.
