小煤柱回采巷道安全支护技术研究与应用

摘要 基于2311巷预留小煤柱掘进施工时,受应力影响,小煤柱预留困难、煤柱承载能力差,煤柱支护效果差以及顶板与巷帮之间肩角煤柱破碎严重等现象,采取“注浆+L型加宽钢带对拉预紧+架设工字钢棚”等联合支护措施。实际应用效果表明,采取措施后小煤柱未发生严重剥离破坏,支护质量合格率提高至98%,肩角煤柱破碎现象得到有效控制,顶板最大下沉量降低至0.10m以下。 Aiming at the problems such as difficulty in reserving small coal pillars, poor bearing capacity of coal pillars, poor supporting effect of coal pillars and serious breakage of shoulder angle coal pillars between roof and roadway, joint supporting measures of "grouting and L-type widening steel belt to tension and pre-tightening- erection of I-shaped steel shed" has been adopted for small pillars in Yanya Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Datong Coal Mining Group Co.. The results of practical application show that the small pillars have not been severely peeled and destroyed after adopting joint support measures, the qualified rate of support has been raised to 98%, the phenomenon of broken shoulder angle coal pillars has been effectively controlled, and the maximum subsidence of roof has been reduced to less than 0.10m.
