摘要
针对常村煤矿2201皮带巷过F3断层期间,顶板出现局部冒落,威胁巷道掘进安全,降低巷道掘进效率的问题,分析断层区顶板冒落原因,应用注浆加固技术、超前管棚掩护掘进以及刚性掩护钢棚支护等联合掘进支护技术,注浆后破碎顶板岩体单轴抗压强度提高至67MPa以上,顶板最大下沉量控制在170mm以下,保证了巷道的施工安全。
Aiming at the local roof falling in the process of crossing F3 fault in 2201 belt lane of Changcun Colliery, the author analyzes the falling reasons and proposes the combined tunneling and supporting technology with grouting reinforcement, advanced pipe-shed shield and rigid shield steel-shed, after grouting, the uniaxial compressive strength of the broken roof rock mass is increased to 67 MPa or more, and the maximum sinking amount of the top plate is controlled below 170 mm, ensuring the safety of the roadway construction.
