摘要
针对倾斜中厚煤层条件下沿空掘巷煤柱留设过宽、煤柱内部应力集中严重的问题,采用理论分析和数值模拟两种方法进行研究,确定合理窄煤柱宽度为7m,改善了巷道围岩应力,提高了矿井资源回收率,安全经济效益较显著。
In view of the problem that the coal pillars are too wide and the serious internal stress concentration of the coal pillars is under the conditions of an inclined medium-thick coal seam, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study the narrow pillars dimension of the roadway is conducted in paper. Firstly, The narrow coal pillars were given a width range of 6.1~7.4 m by theoretically, Then the coal pillar simulation scheme was simulated using FLAC3D software based on factors such as vertical stress, displacement and plastic zone distribution;The results confirmed that the width of a reasonable narrow pillar is 7 m. Through the study of the pillar dimension, not only the surrounding rock stress of the roadway is improved, but also the mine resource recovery rate and the economic benefits are increased, which is of great significance to the mine production.
