综采工作面回采巷道断面形状优化设计探讨 被引量:1

摘要 针对目前西铭矿48710工作面矩形巷道变形大、难以维护等问题,结合具体条件,采取UDEC模拟分析了矩形巷道、圆形巷道、直墙半圆拱形巷道的破坏特征、受力情况及围岩变形量,得到了直墙半圆拱形巷道断面为最优断面,并采取了锚杆+锚索+金属网+钢筋梯子梁联合支护进行了数值模拟,为类似条件工作面的巷道断面选取提供参考。 Aiming at the problems of large deformation and difficult maintenance of rectangular tunnel in 48710 working face of Ximing Colliery, combined with the specific conditions of 48710 working face, the failure characteristics, stress situation and surrounding rock deformation of rectangular roadway, circular roadway and straight wall semi-circular arch roadway are simulated and analyzed by UDEC. The cross section of straight wall semi-circular arch roadway is confirmed as the optimal cross section, and joint support of "bolt-anchor cable-metal net-steel ladder beam" is adopted to numerical simulate, which provides reference for the selection of roadway sections of similar working faces.
