通过对阳煤新景矿选煤厂目前所采用的选煤工艺分析,探讨了在选煤过程中不同流程以及设备等存在的介耗较高问题,同时结合阳煤新景矿选煤厂实际情况,提出了相应的优化改造方案,在应用了优化改造方案之后,使得介耗显著降低,而且还提升了精煤产品比例,为阳煤新景矿选煤厂创造了良好的经济效益。

Based on the analysis of current coal preparation process of Coal Preparation Plant , Xinjing Colliery, Yangquan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., the paper discusses the problems of high medium consumption in different processes and equipment during coal preparation and puts forward corresponding optimization and transformation plan combined with the actual situation of Coal Preparation Plant , Xinjing Colliery, Yangquan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd., which greatly reduces medium consumption, increases proportion of clean coal products and creates better economic benefit.
