摘要
不对称增长的工作负荷,对新形势下的管制员配备提出了更高的要求。通过专家主观评估管制员工作负荷,进一步评估管制扇区的主观容量,运用DORATASK方法着重对雷达管制员所承担的工作负荷进行评估,得出不超负荷的人员配备方案。探讨研究管制员人员配备状况与管制工作负荷关系,对空中交通管制系统的改进、发展至关重要。
The unsymmetrical growth of work load has put forward higher requirements for the management of the controllers under the new situation. Evaluating the workload of the controller through the experts' subjective evaluation,then the subjective ca. pacity of the control sector is evaluated. The DORATASK method is used to evaluate the workload of radar controllers,a staffing scheme for non overload is given. The study of the relationship between the staffing status of the controller and the control work load is very important to the improvement and development of the air traffic control system.
