天山北坡经济带总部经济发展能力评估——基于因子分析法 被引量:3

摘要 总部经济对促进区域产业结构优化升级具有重要的战略价值。论文通过建立总部经济发展评估模型,运用因子分析法和聚类分析法对天山北坡经济带11市总部经济发展能力进行了综合评价、分类和排序。结果表明:从横向比较来看,该区域总部经济发展能力存在较为明显三级梯度差异。乌鲁木齐总部经济发展能力处于区域领先地位,总部经济发展欠发达的区域如克拉玛依、石河子、哈密、阜康、昌吉,而发展落后的城市诸如吐鲁番、伊宁、奎屯、博乐、乌苏,综合得分为负。这表明总部经济发展能力的高低与综合经济实力呈现明显的正向相关性。总的来说,天山北坡经济带总部经济带发展能力欠缺。 The headquarters economy has an important strategic value in promoting regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading. Through establishing the evaluation model of headquarters economic development,this paper makes a comprehen. sive evaluation of the economic development ability of the 11 cities in the northern slope of Tianshan mountains by means of factor analysis and cluster analysis,then sorts and sorts them. The results show that there are obvious differences between the three levels of economic development ability of headquarters in this region. The development ability of Urumqi headquarters economy is in the leading position in the region,under the development of headquarters economy such as Karamay,Shihezi,Hami,Fukang,Changji area is developed,and the backwardness of city such as Turpan,Yining,Kuitun,bole,Ursula,comprehensive score is negative. This shows that the level of economic development ability of headquarters economy is obviously positively related to the comprehen. sive economic strength. Generally speaking,the economic zone of the northern slope of the Tianshan mountains is lack of develop. ment capacity.
