摘要
从试验目的、试验方法、研究内容 3 个方面对航空发动机研制过程中的机匣及机匣模拟件打靶试验、试验器旋转状态下的包容试验以及整机包容试验进行详细阐述,介绍了包容试验过程的复杂非线性瞬态动力学特征,总结了国内外研究进展情况与差距;依据包容试验的特征和测试目的综述了试验所需关键技术的研究进展,并对关键技术进行总结与分析;指出国内目前关键技术发展的不足之处,简要论述了中国航空发动机包容试验技术的发展重点。
During the development of aeroengine,the test purpose,test method and research content were described in detail for the target shooting test of casing and its simulant parts,the containment test under rotating state of the tester and the containment test of the whole engine. The complex nonlinear transient dynamics characteristics were introduced in containment test process. The research progress and gap at home and abroad were summarized. Research progress of key technologies for testing was summarized based on characteristics and purpose of containment test,and key technologies were summarized and analyzed. Inadequacies in the development of key technologies in China at present was pointed out. The development emphasis of containment test technology was briefly discussed for Chinese aeroengine.
