摘要
通过美洲黑杨50号杨与美洲黑杨S3226杂交,筛选出江淮1号杨、江淮2号杨等20个无性系,2008年于桐城市新渡镇营造试验林。结果表明,参试无性系的平均成活率为59.4%,其中江淮1号成活率最高,为94.4%;平均材积为0.5166 m^3/株,超过平均值的无性系有12个,其中江淮1号杨、江淮2号杨材积分别高于平均值36.3%、28.1%;不同无性系、时间对杨树胸径、树高均有极显著的影响(p=0.00<0.01)。通过主成分分析得出,江淮1号杨在综合评分中排名第一,优于其他无性系;江淮2号杨表现中等偏上,优于对照69杨;且均为雄性不飞絮品种,适宜在长江流域推广。
In this paper, through hybridization of Populus deltoides varieties 50 and S3226, 20 new clones including Jianghuai No.1 and No.2 were screened out, and a pilot plantation was established with the new clones in Xindu Township, Tongcheng City in 2008. The results showed that the mean survival rate of the tested clones was 59.4%, of which Jianghuai No.1 had the highest survival rate of 94.4%;the mean volume per plant was 0.5166 m^3 with 12 clones having volumes higher than the mean and Jianghuai No.1 and No.2 having volumes higher than the mean by 36.3% and 28.1% respectively; different clones and growth periods had extremely significant effects on the DBH and height of the plants(p=0.00 < 0.01). Principal component analysis indicated that Populus deltoides variety Jianghuai No.1 ranked first in comprehensive evaluation, better than the other clones; variety Jianghuai No.2 was above-average, better than the control variety No.69; both Jianghuai No.1 and 2 were the varieties whose male blowballs are non-flying, suitable for promotion in the Yangtze River reaches.
